This is the Ohr Somayach Net Portal

We're providing you, the student with a list of available of websites and internet pages that you are free to use as part of our ongoing effort to make sure that you have access to the internet as much as is feasable.

The Server works on a Time-based system. This means that during the hours posted on the main page, the sites will become available. We know you love the Internet so we want you to limit that time to Bein-Hasedarim and Bein HaZmanim!

To test the system out you can go to www.ohr.edu or www.google.com. If it's not working then the hours are probably not available. If you do know the hours, and the internet is still down there are two possibilities.
(1) the Whole Yeshiva is down (you can ask the secretaries if the Internet is working, if it isn't there is not much you can do, because its usually beyond the Yeshiva's control.)
(2) There is a bug/mistake in the system.

To access the sites, click on "Links", and then the side panel on the category choice. A list of links should appear on the right indicating the category, and the name of the website. Most are self-explanatory.

If you require further assistance, or you wish to suggest a new category or website, refer to the "comments" section. Also, if you wish to report a site that is inappropriate you can do that too.
